I was in interview on 12/2/10 in Chicago, and I was missing a translation of divorce document for my wife's previous merrage. I sent the doc on 12/5/10 and INS got the doc on 12/9/10. How long I need to wait for decision to be made on my case?
Interview went fine, and the INS officer was very plesent person. When asked if I passed the interview, INS officer requsted the document and replied thet you will be notified by mail. What do you guys think? Will I receive the GC on mail, or sounds like complicated case???Pls someone respond...

Firstly, the agency INS no longer exists.
Secondly, give them (USCIS) 60 to 90 days after receipt of the missing document before panicking.

It has been over 90 days now and no notification from immigration for status of my case yet. Is this usuall? What should I do next? Should I contact USCIS?
I'm very nervous about all this. Pls someone advise.
GC interview through marriage 12/2/10 - no answer yet

not yet. But even if I do make infopass, whenever you go they have one uniform answer "your case is in process, wait for any notice in your mail".
I'm really nervous. What do you guys recommend me to do???

You never know. You might get someone that is helpful. As the other person recommended, I would make an INFOPass appointment, since it has been over 90 days since you sent the paperwork. Make sure you bring the orginal and copies of the paperwork that you mailed-in back in December.
