apply GC for parent

Good morning

I am new citizen.......my family is in united state with B2 visa it will expire on May 2011 ,i just have my citizenship two weeks ago ,i want to apply GC for them.

-i need your help how to start......
- How long it take ?
i read in the thread ,some people sent all package together , i mean form I 130 and I 485 etc.. some are just 130 form and get approved first
-which on is better time wise
-what document do i need.........they do not have birth certificate and i do not have my birth certificate too ,is it going be
problem to prove they are my parent ? i have my country passport

As long as they had no intent to immigrate when they entered the US as visitors, they can file for AOS now based on your citizenship.
