got I-485 approval notice - welcome letter with COA:F26

I have recieved the welcome letter lately, but i don't understand what's COA:26F
Anyone can help on this ?

F26 means spouse of LPR who adjusted in the U.S.

F21 means spouse of LPR who entered on a visa.

That's the basic way it works. Add 5 to the visa code to get the adjustment code.

The exception is parent of USC IR-5 for visa but IR-0 for adjustment (It stands for IR-10 but its only a 3 digit code in the computer.)

NO other codes on the approval notice , does conditional code have to be shown on the aprroval form ?

You will get a 10-year card. As the spouse of an LPR, if you were going to get a 2-year card the COA code would be C26.

Those with CR1 will get a 2-year card; those with IR1 have already been married for at least 2 years and will get a 10-year card.
