H1 Transfer

Hello ,

I contemplating an H1 transfer and at the same time, My wife has applied for an H1.She is currently on H4 . My concern is if I transfer ,would it impact my wife's H1 application in any way as we have provided her H4 information during the application process .

I contemplating an H1 transfer
----------------- join new employer only AFTER H1 transfer gets approved. Many H1 transfer are being rejected or USCIS ask lot of documents from new employer.

and at the same time, My wife has applied for an H1.
----No info provided if it is H4 to H1 Change of status or Fresh H1.
