the date moved forward for F2A.
not like many other predicted.
hopefully this trend will continue.
 
Just another observation,
historically, F2A Mexico is always more than 1 year behind rest of the world.
Mexico sometimes even falls behind more than 2 years
However, they caught up fast in the recent visa bulletins.
They are only behind by 4 months as of October 2010
