L1 visa requirements - can i get visa if my qualification is BS-MS

i have 5 years of experience in the software field and i have been working in my current company for 3 years. I have completed Bachelor of sidha medicine and i have completed certifications in software language courses from private training centers.

Currently my company is planning to apply the the L1 visa for me. What is the possibility of getting the L1-visa? is my education qualification enough to get the visa approved. how long the L1-visa process would take?

can some one help me on this?

Educational qualifications are not a variable in L visas. Tenure with the sponsoring compnay is what matters. For L visas, your company should be doing all the leg work, why are you so worried?

What is the possibility of getting the L1-visa? is my education qualification enough to get the visa approved.
