L1 and L2 question with spouse being foreigner

Hi,
I am an Indian working in a US Multi national in CIS region. I may get transferred on L1 visa to our parent branch in US next year. However during this time (or before), I want to marry my girlfriend who is an Armenian and has an Armenian passport. I want to know if this will cause any problems while applying for L2 dependent visa for her, the reason being that she is of different nationality. Will that be an issue? Or will it be the same process as applying for an L2 visa had she been an Indian? Any response would be highly appreciated
 
Her citizenship being different that yours will not be an issue.
