Thank you for the information
Who knows maybe I will get a green card next year. (Green Card Lottery)

Did your grandparents become US citizens before your parents were born? Or before your parents turned 18? Have your parents ever lived in the US with your grandparents?

My parents did not never lived in the U.S. and my grandparents emigrated to the U.S. 12 years ago, just before 7
Years were given citizenship
When my parents were born they were born in the Soviet Union, my grandparents was a citizen of the Soviet Union

If your grandparents had citizenship and lived in the US before your parents were born, your parents would have been born US citizens (depending on certain other criteria based on the laws at the time of their birth). Which in turn would possibly make you a US citizen depending on certain rules.

But given the facts you have told us, going direct to US citizenship won't work. You'll have to first get a green card through family or employment or the lottery. To get it through family you'd need to have your grandparents or an aunt or uncle file for your parents, who could then file for you years later.

My grandparents emigrated to the U.S. after my parents were born. Parents emigrated from the Soviet Union to Israel, and after several years of my grandparents emigrated from Ukraine to the United States

Your parents would have to immigrate to the US in order for you to qualify for any immigration benefit from your grandparents.

You have a better chance of immigrating via an employer sponsored GC, but it is a long way to citizenship.

Do you want citizenship because you desire to live and work and make your life in the US or is is just somnething you want to have?
