My parents came to US in Jan 2010 on visitor's Visa. I am a USC and applied 1-130 and 1-485 together in April 2010. We got the receipt numbers and got the biometrics notice also. Their biometrics/fingerprinting was done in 2nd week of May. We got a RHE requesting their birth certificates or the affidavit of birth end of May 2010. We sent the affidavit and non availability of bith certificates in 1st week of JUne 2010. When I check the status online, it says they are working on request of evidence. Did the status of my parents change? Their i-94 and the 10 yr visitor's visa will be expiring on 19th July. Can they stay in US since their fingerprinting is done?
