RTD screw up

The same countries accept RP,but I only went to Croatia without a visa. The other require one. Again, the RP looks just like an RTD, so it is also a travel document, and can be used WITHOUT AN NP.

Again, those countries will NOT require visa and will NOT require NP if you use RTD

Belgium
Bahamas
Bermuda
Germany
Netherlands
Croatia
Macau
Montenegro
Slovakia
Hungary
Costa Rica

Will the RP do that?

RTD only, not RP

Again, the RP looks just like an RTD, so it is also a travel document, and can be used WITHOUT AN NP.
My NP looks like a US passport too...

Raziel, for the most part you don't get what I'm saying. You're right that the RP needs a transit visa for Croatia (which seems to be new, as I traveled there last summer). But, you keep repeating that the RTD gives you visa-free access to those other countries, which I AM NOT CONTESTING. I AGREE WITH YOU. And when I say that the RP looks just like an RTD, it's because many people do not know what an RP looks like and that it can be used to travel ON ITS OWN because it is a travel document. No argument that more countries need a visa with an RP, but you can't argue that the RP mostly valid for 2 years instead of just one for an RTD, which has its own advantages. The point is that the OP can travel with the RP, just not without visas to some countries.

So, you might feel that the RTD is better than the RP because you get a lot of visa-free access, but what if someone doesn't go to those countries that often and mostly needs a travel document to travel that is valid for longer than an RTD? Be objective.
