Married but don't have married certificate.

When i filled the DV form i was single now i am married but my husband is in dubai. At that time i didn't felt necessary to make married certificate. Now i got the DV but i don't have the married certificate. To make the certificate both husband and wife must be present in the concerned office but it is impossible for him to return. He would only be able to return in October. So is there any possibilities for me to apply without married certificate.
 
I don't think so...How can you prove you are married...a ring or a wedding picture won't do it.

In Tampa there was an article with pictures of a huge wedding completely set up for a marriage scam. The people in the picture were father and daughter who got married just to get a visa since one had was a US citizen....they got caught and many get caught every year.

Since you are really married, I would make the trip if you really want to get the GC and get the license...I never heard of anybody who got married and didn't get a license afterwards....perhaps in Vegas when they are drunk..

Riyashr, there is no problem.

When will you be current i.e when will you go for your interview, if it will be after October, please do it then and fill another form for your husband + the married certificate and inform KCC through an e-mail so that they could upgrade your document. People have being doing it as long as the marriage is not fake.

You should have any proof to show your marriage is real. Once it is proved then your husband also has chance to get through spouse(You).
