Dissolving Marriage After Getting Green Card

Hello everyone.. I am a U.S. citizen who sponsored my ex wife for a green card. Our Marriage only lasted few months and now she is back overseas. We are divorced now was wondering do I need to let USCIS that she is no longer my wife? She had a conditional green card.
Also, is there a waiting period I have to wait before I can sponsor anyone else if I were to get married again overseas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
