Got the DV2010 Package, Arrived in the US... what is next?

It just occurred to me to ask this since I have no clue waht will be the next step:

i) After arriving in the US I was told that I will recieve the Welcome Package (WP). Does this pertain to DV holders too?

ii) How long does it usually take for the WP and GC to arrive (I know that I was told within 3 months, but I need to know how long does it take in practice)?

iii) For how long the GC is issued for (I mean after how long does the first issued GC expire)?

Any information would be much appreciated...

The WP took about a week, GC took 3 weeks for me

iii) For how long the GC is issued for (I mean after how long does the first issued GC expire)?
The permanent resident status is valid for life, but the green card has to be renewed every 10 years

Any information would be much appreciated...

thanks a lot heyMike! does it mean that the first GC i recieve won't expire for the next 10 year? I was told that it will expire in two years, but the next ones are issued for 10 years...
