I wasn't sure about this so I'm asking maybe someone here had a similar case before. A friend of mine (USC) is going to file an I-130 for her husband, the problem is she don't work, is there any extra paper work to be done in this case , or extra forms and fees to be added to the regular paper work?

She will need to find a financial co-sponsor later in the process.

Thanks for the inf. one more question is at what stage though, will this be needed?
I'm trying to ascertain whether it goes with the rest of the paper work as usual and the form that is used for this process. Thanks

my guess..
when your case is approved & send to NVC,then NVC will ask you for financial document....
it'll take around 3 months from date of application(again guess)...

Ok, so does that mean that the financial documents will not be included with rest of the documents(I-130,I-485,I-765 etc)?

Have her join the forum and post her own questions. She will receive better advice directly than having it filtered through another person.

Thanks for your input, I'll let her do that, but it a straight forward thing all she wants to know is what to do because she doesn't work and want to file for her husband
I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131. Thanks
