K4 for pregnancy?

If I go to the Philippines to meet my fiance, marry here there with the intention of getting a spousal visa, rather than a fiance one, and, during our honeymoon, get her pregnant, would I also need to apply for a K4 visa for our unborn child?

there is no visa for the fetus ! when the child is born get a k4

Its' hard to get visas for your visa until the child is born.......wait until child is born then appy for k-4 via........

That child will be a US citizen at birth, assuming you fulfill the requirements to pass citizenship to your children born outside the US.
