USC petitioning for Parents

if my wife (USC) petitions for her parents as they fall under IR of USC will they be able to bring their minor daughter (my wife's youngest sister who is 10 years old at the moment) , i mean immigrate together.


please advise

TRC, thanks for the info, but once her parents are here and when they get their GC, they can sponsor their daughter as a unmarried child under the age of 21 (if the child is under 21 of course) , i guess thats the route to take . is it not ?

Yes. That'll take a few years for a visa number to become available. What will the child do in the meantime?
 
if thats the case, if at all, wouldnt her parents be able come and take REP and return. in the mean time the minor could stay with other people in the family.

Yes, she could stay with other family members. The re-entry permit won't work for the 5+ years it'll take for a visa to become available.
