I-751 and more

I am filing for my wife.
These are the questions I have
1. She has a temporary green card that expires in April/10. Is 751 only form to file?
2. Assuming USCIS issues her a permanent green card in 6 months. Is there anything else to do after permanent green card and citizenship?

Responses greatly appreciated.

A1: Yes. Just attach the necessary proof of cohabitation.
A2: No. Not from USCIS's perspective. Even naturalisation is not obligatory
