Folks, I am USC and want to sponsor my dad and my step-mother for GC. They are currently living in their home country and I live/reside in US. What are the other process ? I assume I apply for I-130 1st then after I-130 approval and apply for I-485.
By the way, what are the rules for the step-parents ?
Also what is the best strategy during application time: should i bring them to us on B-visa and apply from here ?
Also, my dad has some medical problems ...will this bar him from obtaining GC...
