Interview approved but case still pending online?

Hello,

Hello to many of you.. again!! I moved to a different address in Florida and I changed my address online, but it says if you have any pending cases, that you need to follow a second step online.

I had my interview months ago and it was approved, but my I-130 and I-131 still say INITIAL REVIEW when I look online. I know there was talk among us before that they were updating the system, but is this normal to be the same status months after?

My two other receipt numbers both say POST DECISION ACTIVITY.

So I guess my question is if I do still have pending documents, or that since I already passed my interview and everything, that I don't need to worry about what the status says online. I just don't want to run into any address change problems.

can you believe we're still waiting on my 485 to be approved, thanks to a mess up by the local medical examination surgeon that filled out my form lol. :D:rolleyes:
 
Spanish girl did you receive your Approval letter and your travel document? From your timeline I understand you have received your GC. Sometimes the officials dont update the online status and if you have hard copy evidence(Notices) your case maybe closed.

If you havent receiveed your AP letter ..(doesnt make sense though as you have your GC) and your Travel document I think you should schedule an INFOPASS.
 
File an AR-11 (in addition to the online address update). That should take care of things. When you send your AR-11, use a return receipt so that you have a record of filed documents.

Don't worry about the online status of your previously filed applications. It does not matter.

I had my GC approved since November 2007 and now my I-751 has been approved but the status for my I-130 still says "received and pending" so go figure!
