application N400 for Citizenship

I am eligible to apply for citizenship after having a Green card for Five years.

Only difficulty is I can't remember all the trips I took in the last five years.

I know when I returned to the US, because it's stamped in my passport.

How strict are they, if I guestimated the departure date?

Is there any way I can find out the exact dates. I would've only gone to the UK, and I have a UK Passport.

If you do not remember them, you do not remember them. As simple as that.
You can look at old credit card statements and those might inform you of your departure dates.

If you are not off by months that would be fine, I did not have my old passport to check the correct dates so I just put in the approx dates and told the IO about it and he was fine with it.

Dig up old emails, hotel receipts and reservations, credit card statements, to figure out when you went to the UK. If you visited friends and family in the UK, some of them might remember or be able to remind you of events that would jog your memory.

I tracked mine from my airline mileage statements. They have the exact dates of travel.
