Conditional residency and Illinois drivers license

For a conditional permanent resident Illinois State Drivers License has standard 4 years expiration date OR it expires when his conditional residency expires?

Illinois does not match one's DL expiry date to one's status expiration date. I got my IL licence when I was an AOS applicant and it was valid for 4 years.

That was years ago, so whatever you experienced back then may not be applicable now. In recent years a number of states have become more strict. In addition, you were an AOS applicant which really has no expiration date, whereas the OP has a conditional GC with an explicit expiration date.

Thank you. I applied for I 751 wavier. I don’t know how long it takes decide the case. I read sometimes it takes years. And sometimes it is difficult to get I 551 stamp when application is pending.

Right now I live in St Louis, MO and just 10 minutes from Illinois. Right, IL does not ask any immigration related documents. But to get IL DL, I have to submit my Missouri DL which has expiration date of green card. I wonder if I do so they issue standard 4 years DL or expiration date matching my Missouri DL?
 
If you do not live in IL, why are you looking into getting an IL driver's license?

Well, I filled for I 751 wavier and not heard anything since a while.

I read somewhere in this post that few of wavier applications take years to decide even up to they apply for N 400. I also read that sometimes USCIS don’t even stamp passport because of reasons like file is not at local office.

If something like that happened I can use SSN card and unexpired DL for employment reason when I 751 application is pending. I don’t know, just want to be in safer side.

Well I said I live about 10 minutes from IL and I can move to East St Louis, IL. If it is worth then there is no big deal in moving. But I wont do that right now I will wait some more time.
