I have a question about my n-336 hearing.
i applied for my us citzenship and had my fingerprints, interview and the whole thing only to be denied for citzenship because i was on probation for a year for an OWI (first offense).
I got discharged on december 1st and have a hearing on dec 8.
My question is that what are my chances of getting my citzenship after the hearing if i provide them with document that shows that i have been discharged.
And should i take a lawyer with me or not?
Thank you to all who reply back!
