Hi everyone.
I'm not even sure if I posted this in the right section.
Anyhow, here's my situation.
I'm a green card holder, permanent resident since April 2006.
I have a girlfriend in the Philippines & we've been together since 2003.
I'd really want her to live with me here in the states & get married.
What are the possible & fastest way/s that I can bring her here in the states & live with me?

By the way, I went back in the Philippines on December 2006 & got back here in the states May 2007. Last October(2009) I visited her again & went back here in the states just a week ago(November 2009).
Not even sure if this info can help.

Unless she can get an H-1B or L-1A/B visa, you both pretty much have to wait until you become a citizen.

Come back in 2011 on what you should do. It is possible immigration law could change on the forms needed for your future spouse.
