Hi guys,
Quick question: can US Citizen (naturalized) sponsor his parents who are in US, but they overstayed their visa?

Generally speaking, yes, but they should NOT leave the U.S. before GC approval.

Yes i know, otherwise they will receive automatic 10 years "stamp" for goodbye. So generally speaking they will have possibility to adjust their status based on sponsoring application, right?

Yes. They are immediate relatives, and as such can adjust without penalty after an overstay.
