Cbp entry stamp for n600 application

My husband and I are US citizens. We had a baby in Canada. We decided to move back to the US. Upon entering the US through Customs at the Canadian International airport, I presented the Customs Officer my baby's Canadian Passport. We brought the baby in as a visitor. We then submitted and N600 and we have an appointment with the immigration officer on Monday. The list of items to bring includes legal entry into the United States. We did not get a CBP stamp at the airport. What are the chances of ticket stubs being used as proof of entry? What would be a alternate acceptable proof of entry for him?
Thank you.

Was the baby born when you were US citizens? If that was the case I think you should have filed a report of birth abroad with the US consulate in Canada.

I believe you could use this to obtain a passport. It is also good to apply for N-600, that's fine too. When your baby came to the US, did he enter under his/her own passport? Did you enter by land or through an airport? Anyway, I hope it doesn't become an issue. Just tell the IO the truth of how did you get the baby into the US, if they didn't stamp his/her passport there is not much you can do now.

Your child should be fine. His Canadian passport should suffice. You could have easily obtained a US passport for him even before you moved back, but that is water under the bridge :)

The list of items to bring includes legal entry into the United States. We did not get a CBP stamp at the airport.

Unfortunately, he can't run for presidency one day. Oh...wait a minute, even if you are born in Hawaii, you aren't eligible for the presidency as Hawaii is considered to be a Kenyan territory....
