Help !!!

I went through the forum and found some similar stories but i still have some questions. I have a B2 visa valid till 2011 and i've been traveling to the US for the last 2 years. I got married last summer to a US citizen outside the US. I am now planning to join him. Will it be possible to apply for the change of status if i enter the US with my B2 visa ? Or is it better to apply for a spouse visa ? Which option will be faster ? If it's possible to wait for the change of status in the US , will i be able to work ? study ?

No, because CP rules out any issues with pre-determined intent or change of intent.

No, because CP rules out any issues with pre-determined intent or change of intent.

And avoids the hassle (and possible temporary re-entry ban) of being refused at the port of entry if they are aware of (or ask about) the marriage when using the B2 visa to attempt to enter the US.
