Bart Paking ticket - Should I include?

I am applying N400. I got an parking ticket for $25. Since I forgot to stick BART(at Train Station) monthly pass to windshield. Should I include in traffic citations. My husband received couple of traffic tickets below $500. Should we include them too?
No. Parking tickets don't have to be included. As far as traffic tickets go, that's always up for debate. If you decide to disclose them, make sure you bring proof of payment/court dispositions to the interview, regardless of whether or not the tickets are under $500.
I thought we should always include the traffic speeding tickets. Is n't it ?
Depends on how you look at it. Check the traffic ticket thread, and you'll see that there's a never-ending debate about traffic tickets and N-400.
I would not worry about the small amount parking ticket much if it is paid on time......Speeding/traffic tickets are different, as in many states they are handled via criminal courts whereas the parking tickets typically hanled via city/village/county admin functions unless you fail to pay...
