I am an Indian citizen and a Canadian resident. I married a US citizen in Aug 2009. We got married in India. I have been living in Canada for the last couple of years. Can we apply for K-3 visa with the Canadian consulate - I believe that the condition is that we have to apply from the place we got married i.e India. However since I am a resident of Canada and living here is it possible to do it from Canada ???

As far as Im aware...yes!!
Make sure you write the appropriate consulate in your forms (I forget which forms asks you this). Ive known people from all different countries who lived in London who got to interview in London, so I cant imagine it would be any different for an Indian Citizen in Canada.

I answered your duplicate post.
