Have been married for 13 months right now. Have a conditional green card since May 13th.
Can I lift the conditions off my green card if I divorce? I tried to so many times to fix my marriage but couldn't. Even professional counseling didn't help us. Can't take it anymore. there is no abuse. We just can't understand each other now. We think we are very stupid because never noticed that. anyway.
Doesn't matter who files for divorce? I have heard that if the conditional green card holder initiates the divorce, he won't be able to remove the conditions.
