My wife file for me in April 2001, and was approved in 2007. We live in New york. I finally sent my adjustment of status package on 08/06/2009
(i-485, g-325a, i-864, -693, i-765 and i-485a (plus a penalty of $1,000) since i qualify to adjust status under section 245i.
