Can I file another I-485?

Folks,

My wife will become citizen next month. When we got married - she already had a GC (via her employer). She was eligible to become citizen this year and finally the day is tomorrow for her interview.

Anyway, my I485 (EB3) is pending for more than 2 years (PD is Sept 2004). I am thinking of refiling another I-485/Form I-130. Not sure how to go about this? Any suggestions please?

Yes, you can file another I-485 after your wife becomes a citizen (which is when she does the naturalization oath, not the interview).

Once your wife becomes US citizen (gets Naturalization certificate) she can file I-130 for you and you file I-485, I-765, I-131.you both will file G325A and you both will send your passport style photo with form G325Aand will pay the fee for each form.
