I submitted my application for I-485 on December 26, 2001. I've already talked to my congressman on this matter, and the only thing he has said was that he would keep and eye on my case if something were to happen - which pretty much didn't help us at all.
Our I-485 has been Denied on 3/23/09. The reason was because of Insufficient funds from our sponsor.
We have submitted a reconsideration form/letter on 3/30/09. It is now 7/26/09 with no response. If they do respond, what do you think the outcome/answer will be?
