We are currently in following situation
- My wife changed her last name to married name after physical Green card
- last name has beed changed on SSN, Driving license , Indian Passport
- last name change is pending on Green card. we have applied for I-90, and biometric appointment is also completed. as per biometric appointment , new GC may take 2 month to one year.
we are schedule to travel to india in early next month . now she will be traveling with new passport which has no visa and no GC stamp .
I don't know what to do.
i am planning for info pass appointment , can they stamp the new passport while we are waiting for new GC. Please advice.
