I have filed my I-485 on Aug 14,2007 at NSC through company A.
I have joined full time position company B in April 2009.
But i did not file AC-21 during changing the company.
how to response to USCIS for following queries?
I have received RFE letter today from USCIS.
they asked following additional evidence.
1. The record contains a letter dated August 14,2007 from XXX Consulting Inc, your intended permanent
enployer. However, the letter did not indicate the location of the employment. br addition, Service records
indicate that you are not residing in the same geographic location as the employer. Therefore, please submit a
currently dated letter from your intended permanent employer, which describes all of the following:
Your current position and job duties, if applicable;
Your offered position andjob duties (ifdifferent from your current one);
The offered position's minimum educational or training requirements;
The offered salary or wage, and
The date you began (or will begin) employment.
The location of the employment or the office where the applicant is assigned.
IMPORTANT: The job offer letter must be in the original and signed by an executive or officer of the
organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment.
2. The birth certificate submitted with the application was late registered. Therefore, please submit the oldest
available evidence which establishes your birth and parentage. This evidence may include, but is not limited to:
a. Hospital birth records which name the child and both parents.
b. Medical records which name the child and both parents.
c. School records which name the child and both parents.
d. Census records which name the child and both parents.
e. Religious records in the form of a certificate under the seal of the organizationwhere the
baptism, dedication, presentation or comparable rite occurred following the birth, showing
the date and place of the child's birth, the date of the religious ceremony, and the
names of the child's parents.
