PD portability to spouse's application while in 485 stage

My husband's PD is Jun 2002, EB3. It's in 485 stage with approved labor and I-140. My PD is Jan 2007, EB2. It's also in 485 stage with approved labor and I-140. Both of us are also listed as spouse's on each other's applications.

We also have EAD/AP through my application. It's been almost 2 yrs since we filed 485's.

Is there a possibility to port his PD to my application so our PD becomes Jun 2002 under EB2 which would help to receive our GC sooner?

------------------- you cant port his PD to your I-485 application. He cant posrt your PD to his applications.

------------------- your spouse has PD of Jun 2002 and if you have filed derivative I-485 based on his I-140 and your derivative I-485 is also pending then you both will get approved same day.

if you have Derviative I-485 filed with your spouse I-485 that ok.
