Oath will be held at USCIS office, the same place for interview (1600 Callowhill Street Philla, 19130)

Can one apply for US passport at the same place?

That is fine. In Philly, not far away from USCIS, there is 30th Street
Station USPS office whose passport processing is 24 hours open.

Another question, since oath ceremony at the USCIS allow family in. Can another one whose N-400 is still pending with interview desceduled take this opportunity to inquire about why the inetrview was descheduled and when
rescheduling will take place (if by that time, no rescheduling letter has arrived)?

Corne Ratulations!!! It will be first for USCIS to allow people to just show up and inquire about the pending cases. USCIS enjoys torturing you all the way because they are so busy and efficient... Whomever is waiting for their N400 process to continue, they need to just show up and be happy for you while sucking their teeth about when they will become USC themselves. As far as I know, they won't be entertainig anyone asking about their case withour an infopass. Once you are minted as a USC, please register to vote and vote for Arlen Spector....mazel tov.. I needed to do a plug in for my fellow friend..

I dont know if I can handle that monumental change to do "voting" .
its as being a change as a person from DPRK crossing over DMZ to find hometown buffet with free all you can eat food
