Does anybody know an experienced immigration attorney from Utah? I need him to deal with I-751 filed with a waiver.

Thanks.

Does it matter if the lawyer is in my city or not? Don't you think it will be better if the lawyer is located in the same city?

Thanks

It doesn't. I was talking to mine only over the phone/mail. If you are really interested I'm happy to send you mine via PM.

Since Mr. Khanna is running this forum FREE for participants, I would expect people to consider his service particularly being so proficient at the subject matter.

A local attorney is usually known by the adjudicators in the DO. Barring that, there is no advantage of having a local attorney over a non-local attorney in my opinion.

yes, vvv imp. point, to be taken seriously. Local lawyers are well versed with local customs and are friendly with the IO depending on his years of practice.
Sometimes your 90 percent approved when the 2 meet and poke fun at each other. Exp. this may times, funny but true:D All my dealings with the local DO have been smooth because of very exp. professional ailia lawyers. Expensive but worth it.
