USCIS change of rules?

If the USCIS rules regarding removing conditions off a a conditional green card filing separately (I-751) change now, how would this affect cases in process? Or people who have the conditional green card?

What makes you think the rules are changing? What do you mean by filing seperately? You mean Divorced?

Its hard to work off assumptions. My advice to you is that collect as much evidence as possible to show that you were not married to dupe the system. Dont worry about things you can't control. All that does is shoot up your medical bill.
