Adding Family Member on I130 in future

I looked through the site for my specific question but couldn't find it. Please Help. My sister just became US citizen and she is sponsoring me along with my husband. Considering the fact we are living in Canada, how long will it take to get US Visa? If we have a child during this period how will that work? Can the child be added to original application?

Brother of a US citizen comes under Family 4th preference category which is currently backlogged to 1998 or worse (depending on your country of birth). That means applicants who filed under this category in 1998 have only now become eligible to get green cards. There is an annual quota of 65000 green cards under this category.

You are looking at 11+ years wait after your sister files I-130 for you.

and in the meanwhile you can have as many children as you want/can. They will all get visas with you, as long as they are under 21 and unmarried.

Who and How?

Thanks but thinking ahead who (sponsor/myself)? and how would we add them to the current sponsorship?
