dont put up percentages , maybe it is lost by mail or something and its always good to be optimistic and have a dream , so dont tryp to say percentage n stuff ok man
just wish the people good luck and hope that they will get nls soon or hope that if they check their status they would be a winners

Maybe you should try to rephrase this because it's not clear what you wanted to say.
And don't listen to 99% of these losers who said you're wrong etc. No one can guarantee anything but you're most probably right about chances being very small because it's probably 99% true that there's no difference in notification process this year compared to the last year.

Even though I do think you are a smart-*** mother****er and a loser, I must say that in this post you were probably joking so just in this case it was my mistake that I called you a loser, so sorry for that man.
And also Tazmania, even though I have respect for your long presence here on this forum and the fact that you've actually experienced that whole DV process and the fact that you're almost always trying to be helpful, I just think that you just cannot say things like
at least in this particular case because how can you guarantee that chances are big or small. So you can say what you think but no one can say la1 is wrong to say chances are small.
And 3amakmahmoud,
What la1 wanted to say with that 0.001% is just that chances are small and by no means was he/she trying to pinpoint the exact percentage.
So basically these were the reasons I reacted the way I did.

Yes, banning you was in accordance with this forum's rules because you used profanity. However, I'm not the one who banned you. I suggest you not to use profanity. Disagreement in opinions with others is okay but using inappropriate wording and involving yourself in fight proactively is not good. I hope you stay out of these kinds of behavior; otherwise won't get surprised if you get IP banned.

3a rase ya 5aye , well man i am from lebanon , and yeah it was so easy , man people at the embassies r so nice n r so helpful and they deal with u like its ur right for the gc but with the condition that u meet all the conditions required , and any helpful for u eben balade i am here , and i hope ull get ur nl soon , man just pray 2 god and salem amrak le allah , and if u deserve it god will give it 2 u !!!!!!!!!!

It's not that I give a damn about what someone writes here and what you're gonna think about me, but since you Administrators/Moderators are so damn righteous, don't you think it's a little bit not fair to ban my previous USA! account for "inappropriate language" and when it comes to 3amakmahmoud's insults like "idiot" and other stuff then you just delete his messages so if someone reads these posts here he's only going to find out that I insulted someone and that all the others are so damn righteous like their Administrators/Moderators.

I suggest everyone to participate here without any provocation and offence. Also, don't try to find reasoning on why moderators/administrator banned some and not others. Each moderator thinks/views differently like we all do as a human being in our lives each day. Moderators are allowed to ban anyone if they see someone is provocating or involve in violating the rules of this board. Now how a moderator sees/views things then it's moderator's own judgement.
I didn't ban you nor I normally interfere in other moderator's decision on banning anyone. But since I'm a senior moderator then I'm going to lift the ban from your previous ID given you will behave civily and follow the rules of this board; otherwise I'll be compelled to ban both of your ID with IP ban. I treat everyone fairly. I might have mistakenly overlooked other members' behavior as you reported but let's move on. I always give everyone a second chance. We don't want to ban people, but we also like and hope members to behave civily here.

Man I can see that you're a really reasonable and unbiased person. Thank you for your comments, if for nothing else, it's really nice to see some flawless English for a change, and no you don't need to lift that ban from my previous account because given the sorts of people who are posting here I just cannot guarantee that I won't use the same language again, so wouldn't like to put you in that situation.
p.s. Just for the record, you cannot ban my IP address because it's not fixed, it changes every time I reconnect to the internet.
Hey man, I just realized that I actually posted this from my old USA! account, so you lifted the ban. Well then, man just because you've showed how a good person you are, I officially promise I won't get involved in confrontations with those sorts of individuals any more.
