Hey Guys,
My friend went to the interview this morning, second interview (married to USC), first time the interview lasted 2 min. The IO told my friend "your mom had petition for you when you were a minor, and your mom was put in removal proceedings, therefore I cannot proceed on your case, because you are part of that original petition."
After two years, she got another appt, they were separated as expected, about 100 questions each, they both answer perfectly. My friend got asked a couple of questions about the mom's case (my friend didn't know much info since he was a minor) and then moved on to the current case.
Before the IO made a decision the IO sent my friend for fingerprinting, b/c there was a problem with the last FP he took, my friend got sent to another room where they took the fingerprints and the IO retained a paper copy with the information that finger prints were taken, and said that it will make a decision within 90 days.
Didn't mention anything about approval pending fingerprint, or if they were going to further review the case...
what do you guys think?
