Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and I appreciate all of you that help people have the same problems.
My question is I entered the USA with a B1/B2 Visa and applied for EB5 - Investor Green Card
My I-526 approved on February 9, 2009
My Biometrics is done April 16, 2009
Now I'm waiting for the I-485 and my interview date.
I also applied for Advanced Parole but no news from that one yet
My I-94 expires on June 13th. What happens if I still don't get the interview by that date? Will I be illegal here?
