Withholding of Removal - Now married to US Citizen

I hope someone can help!!!!

My wife was granted withholding of removal in June 2005 through an asylum application. I am a US Citizen and we married in July of 08. We handed in all paper work (I130, I485, I765). We had interview on February 9th and the officer said we should receive a notice in the mail a week later welcoming her to the United States. Instead we got an approval notice for the I130 but an "Administrively closed" letter about the I485 due to her withholding status.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT WHAT STEPS, TIME FRAME AND IF SHE WILL EVER GET HER GREEN CARD!

It would be much appreciated....

Withholding of Removal

I actually have the same case but I did not file the application yet. Could you please give me some details and questions if any, asked by the officer regarding Withholding of removal. I am trying to find out the way to get through, I will certainly let you know if once the information becomes available.

To get a green card you after withholding of removal you must petition an immigration court to vacate the withholding grant so you can file i-485.
 
Same problem !!!

I was granted a Withholding of removal based on INA section 243 b (3) 5 years ago. Now I m married and my wife is USA citizen. I would like to know if I can apply for adjustment of status and get the green card. Also I have to mention that I came in USA like crewman under C1D visa, if that make any difference. If anyone had same or similar experience pls respond or if any lawyer think that he can fill the application with success pls respond with your email so i can contact you. on my e mail : gam1711@yahoo.com .
