Hi,
Hope someone can answer my question below and advise on the options available..... Thanks a lot.
My wife and I work for the same company and we both applied for our GC separately through the same. Here are the details of our cases...
Mine:
EB-2, Priority Date: Nov 2003
I-140 approved (May 2007)
I-1485 pending since Aug 2007
Have AP and EAD (valid till Sep 2010)
My wife:
EB-3, Priority Date: Nov 2003
I-140 approved (Sep 2007)
I-485 pending since Aug 2007
Have AP and EAD (valid till Sep 2010)
When the dates became current for everyone in July/Aug 2007, our company applied for 485 with her as the primary applicant and me as a dependent, since my LC/140 weren't approved by that time.
Since her's is on EB-3 category, we are not sure how long we will have to wait for our GC.
My question is: is it possible to concurrently file I-485 with me as the primary applicant and my wife as the dependent since mine is EB-2 category (PD is current).
If anyone has any suggestions/input, please let me know. Appreciate your response.
