Hi
I'm applying for advance parole, and have some questions.
Please advise me.
I've got I-140, and am currrently I-485 processing through EB-2 with H1-B visa status.
My original visa status when I first came to U.S. was H-4, and when I entered to U.S.last time and when I applied to green card is H1-B.
1. Class of admission: H1-B?
2. I don't have a fixed plan for travel yet, so can I write any date for in "date of intended departure" and "expected length of trip?
3. For part7, If I'm in the U.S. and I am going to receive I-131 in the U.S., do I need to fill out the address of overseas office in #3 or just leave blank?
