Can someone please help me to sponsor my parents and little 14 year-old sister to U.S. I'm USC so it only takes 6-12 months for my parents to get their GC but what about my sister? She's still a minor so I read some of the posts here that it takes more time for me to sponsor her then my parents after they come to U.S? Can she come here with a student visa ? Should I apply the I130 for both of my parents before apply my sister's student visa or the other way around? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

She has two avenues to a green card. You can sponsor her and it will take probably 10-15 years. You parents can sponsor her, after getting their own GCs, and that will probably take 4-6 years.

Thank you guys for your replies. But what happen if I sponsor her (my sister) to come here to study? Should I apply for her student visa before fill out the I130 for my parents GC or after? I afraid they're gonna deny her visa because of there is intentional to stay after my parents I130s approved. Thank you for your help.

Firstly, you cannot sponsor her to come to the US to study.
Secondly, for her to get a student visa, an institution needs to give her an I-20.
Thirdly, having an I-130 in the system will hinder her chances of getting an F-1 visa.

If I were you, I'd get my sis to sch here first, through the normal F1 procedure. Then I'd sponsor my parents who will in turn sponsor her.
