Folks,
I think I know the answer to this question, but I wanted to check. If I am the one suing someone in small claims court, do I need to disclose anything on the naturalization application? I think I ask this question out of paranoia because I believe there are no consequences and the immigration law is only concerned with any proceedings pending in criminal courts, but would there be a FBI record created and would my name appear anywhere as a result of me opening a case in small claims court? Thanks.
