what after the interview

I've just had the second interview, got the Congratulation Letter, and the USCIS officer that interviewed me told that I will receive the the ceremony invitation by 3 weeks.

Now, Since I have the case against the USCIS still active, Should I drop it? if so what will be the procedure?

Could you plz. post your case time-lines and the reason for the second IV?

Sounds like OP was stuck in name check, sued, now had second interview and was approved and is asking what to do with suit.
I believe the judge will eventually dismiss case if you don't respond..lazycis could confirm that.
 
I was thinking that I have to drop it.

So now I don't have to do anything, and wait until the next court date and let the judge handle the situation???

Well you haven't received oath yet so don't drop it just yet. Once you complete oath you can drop it. Did you already receive a motion to dismiss ?

The defendant(s) will submit a motion to dismiss to the courts asking you to dismiss the case since they have met the demands in your lawsuit. The court will then forward you that motion and it's up for you to accept, counter, or do nothing about it.
