Just a quick Advance Parole related question

Hello all,
I'm about to embark on a trip to Europe with my wife, and i had a question about re-entry into the US the AP document.
I entered the US on an F1 visa, graduated, got an H1 - but never had it stamped since I haven't left the country since I got here.
I've applied for an adjustment of status through marriage, and have received my EAD and AP.
Based on the fact that I don't have an H1B visa stamped, but do have the AP document - does that pose any risks on re-entry?
Also - apart from the original I-485 receipt, AP and valid passport, are there any other documents that you'd recommend I carry with me?

Any help or guidance is much appreciated!
Many thanks in advance!

Risk is always there, as nothing can guarantee entry to the USA, not a visa nor AP document.

But you should probably be safe, specially traveling with your wife. You do not need any other documents than the ones you mentioned. Just make sure you have plenty of "connection time" between your arrival flight to the USA and the next one to your final destination, the AP entering process could take a while (they may send you to secondary inspection and wait there for 15-60 minutes!).

Just out of curiosity on my part, which line do you need to be in when re-entering with AP (USC/PR or visitors), and do you need to fill out a new I-94 when entering with AP?

From what I remember from my own experience, no I-94 was required since you do not have a visa, and I stood in line with USC with my husband (since we filled out one customs declaration)

AP doesn't provide USC or LPR status till AOS is favorably decided. At best you are treated as a visitor and therefore filling I-94 is required.
