It is a 2 part question. I got married while I had my Green Card. My wife was already working in US on a work visa before we got married. We filed for her I130 and it got approved in 2005. We moved twice after that to different suburbs in the same metro area.
I became a naturalized citizen a month ago and mailed the I-485 for my wife 2 days ago with the approved I-130. I am bit confused about 2 things though. 1.Should I have filed a fresh I-130? The I-130 approval notice said hang onto the approval notice till the visa number becomes current and apply for I-485 along with a copy of the I-130. I did not think much about it all these days, was more focused on getting the forms and documentation.
2. I have moved twice since I got the approved I-130. I did send my AR-11. However when I called USCIS couple of years ago wanting them to update the address in the approved I130, the lady I talked told me the system does not allow her to update the address on approved I130. She also read the notice and let me know that I do not have to change the address as long as I have the approved I130 with me. Now I am worrying if this will be an issue.
I guess I will know soon, but thought it is better to find if others had faced similar issues.

No, you do not need to file another I-130. So long as you provided evidence of your new status as a citizen when she filed the I-485, it should be taken care of.

She also read the notice and let me know that I do not have to change the address as long as I have the approved I130 with me. Now I am worrying if this will be an issue.

You should be fine.
